LMS MRO Program

LMS is a problem solving specialist. We have developed and continue to develop custom solutions to common and not so commonplace problems. We are currently participating in MRO (Maintenance Repair Operations) programs with six major manufacturing plants in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. LMS provides inventory control, cost control, material usage history and reporting information as part of this program. Accounting functions, such as General Ledger code marking of packing lists, is just one area where we can provide you with special information unique to your business that can help streamline your operations. Inventory minimums and maximums are agreed upon and back-up inventory is kept at our facility if the need arises. We have achieved inventory turns of up to 30-40 per year as a result of the MRO program.

We utilize our state-of-the-art barcode system and laptop computers at your facility to manage your inventory. Our personnel are sales people, skilled in our products, not inventory clerks.
